The Shaoyang Administrative Center Project is one of the key livelihood projects solemnly identified by the CPC Shaoyang Municipal Committee and the Shaoyang Municipal People’s Government. Located in Yunshui Township, Shuangqing District, Shaoyang City, Hunan Province, this project is committed to optimizing the administrative service environment, improving government work efficiency, and building a standardized, efficient and people-oriented administrative service system, which plays an important role in promoting the high-quality development of Shaoyang’s urban construction and social undertakings.
In terms of overall planning and layout, the project adheres to the design concept of “One Core, Two Axes and Four Districts”, presenting a neat and atmospheric “pin-shaped” overall layout that is both practical and aesthetic. The “One Core” refers to the core functional area, which focuses on the four main office buildings for the CPC Committee, the People’s Congress, the Government and the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). It is equipped with supporting functional carriers such as a government service center, a conference center, and an archive room to fully meet the daily office and service needs of government departments.
The “Two Axes” take the core office area as the center: the north-south landscape axis focuses on creating a comfortable and elegant office environment, with green plants and landscape sketches arranged to enhance the overall sense of hierarchy and comfort; the east-west functional axis connects all functional areas, realizing the organic connection between office, service and leisure spaces, and improving the efficiency of daily work and office experience.
The “Four Districts” are divided according to functional positioning: the citizen park area is designed to provide a comfortable leisure space for staff and citizens; the etiquette square area is used for holding important meetings, receiving visitors and other activities; the administrative office area focuses on ensuring the smooth development of daily government work; the internal landscape area integrates greening and leisure functions to create a relaxed and pleasant office atmosphere. Each functional area is clearly divided, closely connected and complementary to each other, forming a scientific and reasonable overall layout.
To ensure the stable operation of the project and the efficient operation of various business systems, the project has fully adopted our comprehensive wiring products and supporting solutions. A total of nearly 16,000 information points have been deployed in the whole project, including 5,300 internal network data points, 5,300 external network data points, 5,300 voice points and 1,000 fiber-to-desktop points. Each information point is reasonably arranged, with stable signal transmission and strong anti-interference ability, which can fully meet the high-frequency office needs of government departments.
At the same time, 250 sets of 42U standard server cabinets are configured in the computer room and each distribution room of the project. These cabinets have the advantages of strong load-bearing capacity, good heat dissipation performance and high safety, which can effectively protect the normal operation of network equipment, servers and other hardware facilities. The cabinets are designed in accordance with international standards, with flexible installation and easy later maintenance, which can be perfectly matched with the overall layout of the administrative center.
All products adopted in the project, including comprehensive wiring and server cabinets, have passed strict quality inspection and certification, with reliable performance and stable quality. They can adapt to the long-term operation needs of the administrative center, effectively ensure the security and stability of government data transmission, and provide a solid hardware foundation for the efficient operation of the government and the convenience of serving the people. The project not only meets the current office and service needs, but also reserves expansion space for future functional upgrades and capacity expansion, laying a solid foundation for the long-term development of Shaoyang’s administrative work.
